Motor and battery diagnostics with software updates Complete strip-down and rebuild with fresh grease on all bolts Drivetrain cleaned, degreased, and lubricated Frame and fork inspected for damage Brakes checked and adjusted (hydraulics bled if required) Gears aligned, indexed, and wear assessed Hubs serviced and adjusted Bottom bracket and headset inspected Wheels trued with balanced spoke tension Cockpit, saddle, and seatpost aligned and torqued Final safety check and bolt tightening
