Workshop Bike Policy

In order to provide servicing and repairs, we require certain contact information from the owner of the item, being left in our possession or someone authorized to make decisions on the owner's behalf. Ideally, we need the first name, last name, telephone number, and email address of the responsible party. This information allows us to provide an estimate and schedule of the work to be done, as well as notify you when the work is complete.

Once the work is finished, we will send you an email or text message to let you know the item is ready for pickup. We require that you collect the item within 10 calendar days of the notification unless we have agreed to a different timeline.

If we do not hear from you by the 11th calendar day, we will apply a storage fee of £5 per day starting that day. This fee is in addition to any repair or service charges. Over the next two weeks, we will send at least two more reminders by text or email. If we still have not heard from you after three weeks we may need to dispose of the item in order to recover the repair and/or storage fees.

To avoid these charges and the potential loss of your item, please pick it up promptly after being notified it is ready. If you are unable to collect the item on time, please let us know in writing as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your needs if you maintain regular communication with us.
